Need more audio inputs or outputs for your PCI based MOTU Audio hardware?
We have a number of 'non current' MOTU products available for sale at vastly reduced prices that are ideally suited to expanding existing MOTU Audio set ups. For example, the original 2408mk1 or mkII units have the same number of analog and digital I/O as the current 2408mkIII. They will work perfectly along side any other MOTU hardware unitconnected to either the PCI-324 card or the new PCI-424 card. So, if you need another bank of ADAT optical to connect to your digital mixer or another 8 analog inputs and outputs, a 2408mk1 or mkII expansion may just do the job perfectly.
Using an MTP-AV via USB and need more MIDI inputs or outputs?
The MTP-AV USB can network, via a serial cable, to another MTP-AV regardless of whether it's the current USB model or non current serial/parallel unit. Connect another MTP-AV via the network port to your existing AV and get another 8 MIDI inputs and outputs for less then you'd pay for a brand new 'basic' 8 x 8 MIDI interface.
