Musictrack are pleased to offer a 3 year extended warranty on all their hardware products. The warranty is in the form of an additional 2 years over and above the statutory 12 month warranty offered by the dealer. This offer is applicable to any new MOTU hardware product purchased after July 1st 2009 from an authorised UK MOTU reseller. This warranty is NOT available on MOTU products purchased outside of the UK.

To qualify for the extended warranty the product must be registered with Musictrack via the online registration form (www.musictrack.co.uk/product_registration.asp)

This Extended Warranty is offered solely to the first purchaser of the product from an Authorised MOTU Reseller (defined as a reseller which has purchased the Product directly from Musictrack Ltd) and is not transferable.

Both the standard 12 month warranty and the additional 2 years are offered on a 'return to base' basis where the customer returns the faulty unit to Musictrack at their cost where it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The unit will then be returned at our cost.

Only by agreeing to these terms and conditions will the extended warranty be made available to you.
